At Black Fin Guide Company, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy for our guests.
Cancellations must be made by phone or email at least 48 hours prior to the tour. You will receive a reply once your trip has been cancelled.
A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled tour time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour time will not be refunded.
No-show participants will not be refunded.
Please note that this includes showing up with less paddlers than the original amount booked.
Please note that latecomers will not be able to join the tour once it has started.
Black Fin Guide Company will not launch in unsafe weather conditions, your safety is our first priority.
If a trip needs to be cancelled due to safety concerns, guests will be given the option to reschedule their tour or receive a full refund. Black Fin Guide Company will not be held responsible for any other expenses incurred by the guest because of the cancellation. We also reserve the right to change or cancel any tours due to circumstances beyond our control.
